The most common materials used in flexible packaging include ​Polyethylene, Polypropylene, Polyethylene Terephthalate. Depending on your requirements we can suggest the right base materials for your application as well as the microns (thickness). Some coniderations include sealing time, scuff protection and barrier properties.
speciality materials
We can incorporate speciality materials to acheive a certain tensile strengthes or barrier properties such as Nylon, Aluminum oxide, and Ethylene-Vinyl Alcohol.
Moisture
barriers
The most common materials used to keep your products safer for longer include Aluminium and Metalized Plastic. The materals reduce the water vapor transfer rate (WVTR) and the oxygen tranfer rate (OTR). This restricts any moisture from entering the packaging.
